Principal Broker Doug Gablinske has held a real estate broker's license since 1978 and has been a Rhode Island Residential Certified Real Estate Appraiser since 1994. In the 1980s and 90s, Doug owned and operated Douglas Properties, a residential home building and remodeling business that constructed numerous homes in the East Bay area. With extensive experience in selling, appraising, building, and financing, Doug understands real estate from various perspectives and knows how to bring a real estate deal together.
Although Doug has been a licensed broker for decades, it was only recently that he and his wife, Pat Gablinske, who is also a licensed real estate salesperson, chose to embark on a new venture. Their current focus is now on serving the senior market in the East Bay area.
Doug and Pat have both successfully earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from The National Association of Realtors. This achievement has equipped them with essential skills to counsel adults aged 50 and older on their next residence. Combined with their own diverse life experiences, they are fully prepared to help you navigate your real estate needs.
